SUMMARY:Sound Bath Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Union Avenue will offer a sound bath meditation led by Nicole Schoeppner of Soulful Sounds Vibrational Sound Therapy. During this session, we will be guided into relaxation by the sound of gongs, bells, and other musical instruments. Sign up on the table outside the sanctuary, or by contacting the church office. Due to space restrictions, the event is limited to 32 participants. A suggested donation of $10 per person can be brought to the event to help cover costs.\n \n
